One core concept from my education at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition is the idea that various life aspects, such as relationships, career, and physical activity, significantly impact your health and well-being. When these areas are balanced, your food choices become secondary. As a Health Coach, I focus on wellness beyond the plate.

How We Work Together

I offer one-on-one or group sessions, both in person and virtually. Health coaching complements traditional wellness services provided by nutritionists, dietitians, physicians, therapists, and personal trainers. My goal is to act as a fun and supportive system, providing accountability and crafting a personalized blueprint for your success with a holistic health perspective.

Responsibilities of a Health Coach

My responsibilities as a Health Coach are tailored to your unique goals. According to the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching, Health Coaches facilitate positive behavior change aligned with your values to promote health and wellness. Here’s how I make it fun and engaging:

I am passionate about health and wellness, communicate effectively online and in-person, continually educate myself on best practices, and have experience working with diverse populations to help others achieve their goals.
